June 3rd from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. There will be a special performance by Lee Greenwood on June 2nd.
Stephen Siller, a New York City Firefighter, was unable to drive through the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel on September 11, 2001. Determined to carry out his duty, he strapped 60 lbs. of gear to his back, and raced on foot to the Twin Towers, sacrificing his life to save others.
His family established the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation in his honor and in 2013, they launched the 9/11 NEVER FORGET Mobile Exhibit. This is a high-tech, 53-foot tractor trailer which transforms into a 1,000 square foot exhibit. It includes steel beams from the towers, documentary videos, and recordings of first responder radio transmissions. Admission is free. This exhibit is meant to honor the fallen and ensure that WE NEVER FORGET.
On June 2ND, Country Icon Lee Greenwood will be performing at 8:00 p.m. Greenwood has more than 30 albums to his credit, 7 number 1 songs, and 25 charted singles.
